Petra Nemcova has posed for some stunning shots of Maxim magazine for its January 2008 issue. The magazine indicates that the Czech model “loves her hair down also her stockings, blouse and shirt. She’s obviously given to charity twice today! What a generous young lady”

The Czech beauty has previously revealed, “I love to dance. I can dance for, like, four or five hours nonstop without even drinking water. It’s a beautiful, beautiful thing.”

2007 was a year of humanitarianism for Petra Nemcova. Not only was she a presenter at the American leg of Live Earth in July, but she also visited Haiti in November with Wyclef Jean as part of a charity-sponsored event. She even became a vegan!

A-List Celebrities hit Palm Springs Film Festival

Despite the rain, Palm Springs Film Festival draw A-List celebrities on the red carpet leading to the gala for the 19th Annual International Film Festival. According to The Desert Sun news, “About 150 or so film fans braved the chilly, rainy weather to cheer their favorite stars on as they exited stretch limos for the walk down the red carpet.” Halle Berry, John Travolta, Drew Brrimore, Zac Efron and Amanda Bynes were among the celebrities who attended the award ceremony. The annual Palm Springs event will air a total of 220 movies.

Reports of Penélope Cruz and her sister, Mónica, making out in their younger brother’s new music video have been greatly exaggerated.

Well, more than exaggerated—the reports are wrong!

Just after Christmas, media outlets in Europe reported that singer Eduardo Cruz convinced his sisters to swap spit in the music video for “Cosas Que Contar,” the title track of his debut album. The story quickly spread through the blogoshere with headlines such as "Faux-Dyke Out" and "Cruz Incest Caught on Tape."

But I've got the real story. I can exclusively tell you the gal whom Penélope is smooching is actress Mía Maestro!
While Mónica and Penélope appear in the video as two beauties dubbing a lesbian porn flick into Spanish as well as bathing-suit-clad guitar players, Penélope’s rep tells me there was absolutely no lesbian lip-locking screen time between the two.

Reports even went so far as to claim it was 22-year-old Eduardo’s idea for the smooch, because he always dreamed of watching his sisters get naughty with each other.The 29-year-old Maestro and the Cruzes have been friends for years. The Argentinean starlet is best known in the U.S. for her work on TV’s Alias, playing Sydney Bristow's half-sister. But you can see how the rumors got started. Just look at the pics on the left. Brit Blindsided by Phil -- Hospital Acts Curiously

People on the 7th floor at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center say the doctor arrived about 7:30 AM Saturday. We're told Britney spears did not invite him in; she didn't even know he was coming. Sources say it was Brit's parents who told Dr. Phil to go to the hospital. When he walked into her room, we're told, a blindsided Britney walked out -- and eventually came back.

Sources say Phil tried speaking with Spears for about 15 minutes -- not an hour as Dr. Phil's press release states -- but she wanted none of it. We're told Phil was doing almost all the talking. As for walking with her to the car on her way out -- again, as his release states -- we're told if he was walking behind her, that's news to her. She absolutely was not accompanied by him.

Sources say Dr. Phil somehow convinced Brit's mom and dad to be on his show, which will tape Monday and air Tuesday (it was just moved up a day), but as one person put it, "Based on the interaction between Dr. Phil and Britney this morning, it'll be a cold day in hell before Britney goes on his show." We're told she absolutely will not appear on the program.

Sources say Dr. Phil wants to do a television intervention, something that isn't sitting well with some of the people who have known for a while that Britney has a very serious mental condition -- likely a bipolar disorder that is now in the red zone.

TMZ contacted Cedars to find out why the hospital let a television doctor on a floor that has such fragile patients, particularly since Britney had no idea he was coming. It's especially troublesome that Cedars let Dr. Phil go uninvited to Britney's room, since she had already been discharged and presumably had a right to know if someone wanted to visit. A Cedars rep made it short and sweet, telling us, "No comment."

A rep from the "Dr. Phil" show had no comment as well, other than "Dr. Phil met with Ms. Spears at family members' invitation."

Here’s the latest on Britney Spears CustodyGate ‘08: She can pretty much kiss her kids goodbye after this one, Brit may be charged with some offenses? She was declared a “code 5150, danger to herself and others.” This means the cops had to detain her ass.
For now, sources are telling OK! that the plan is to keep Britney under guarded observation for 24 hours and then book her for
as-yet unnamed offensives. Police officers were inside the ambulance with Britney during the ride to the hospital. While nothing official has been stated on the topic, this is generally a sign that the patient is considered to be in police custody. “We are concerned about her mental state and believe she may be under the influence,” an LAPD officer revealed to OK! at the time of Brit’s arrival at Cedars-Sinai.

Elizabeth Montgomery gets posthumous star

The ‘Bewitched’ star was honored on the Hollywood Walk of Fame

LOS ANGELES - A posthumous star honoring “Bewitched” star Elizabeth Montgomery was unveiled on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in a rainy Friday ceremony.

Montgomery “is probably in the heavens laughing at us as we stand in the rain,” said honorary Hollywood Mayor Johnny Grant.

In the television show, Montgomery portrayed a witch trying to live as a housewife. The sitcom ran from 1964 into the early 1970s.

She died in 1995 at age 62. Among those attending the ceremony was her widower, actor Robert Foxworth.

“It is a great tribute to her that there are so many of you here,” he said during the ceremony on Hollywood Boulevard.

Amy Fisher, husband promote sex tape

NEW YORK - Former "Long Island Lolita" Amy Fisher is joining her husband in trying to market a sex tape, saying, "I always wanted to be No. 1 at something, but I didn't think it would be something like this."
Fisher said her husband, Louis Bellera, sold the sex tape to Red Light District video of Los Angeles in August when he and Fisher were divorcing. They have since reconciled, and Fisher said she took a six-figure payout rather than fight to have the video pulled from the Internet.

As a teenager, Fisher was sent to prison for seven years for shooting Mary Jo Buttafuoco, the wife of her former lover, Joey Buttafuoco. Buttafuoco, twice her age, served time for statutory rape for having sex with a 16-year-old.

Fisher, 33, has written two books and worked as a columnist for the Long Island Press. More recently, she has appeared as a celebrity guest at various clubs.

She admits explaining what she does and why she is famous will be hard to do when her 6-year-old son and 3-year-old daughter get older.
