Samsung says Yepp to all-girl rollerskating troupe

Samsung is set to expand its Yepp portable multimedia player (PMP) series with a new sleek black offering. Dubbed the YP-P2, the device is rumoured to boast a whole host of functions ranging from videos and music, to FM radio, datacasts and Bluetooth.


The YP-P2 is thought to measure about 10 x 5 x 0.9cm and, according to an online video of the device in use, be primarily operated via a 438 x 240 pixel touchscreen display or blue circular wheel. It may also ship with up to 8GB of Flash memory and include support for MP3, WMV, WMA and H.264 file formats.A bizarre series of pictures have also surfaced online showing a troupe of scantily-clad rollerblading girls, each sporting a YP-P2 worn as an armband.


Samsung already has several other Yepp models under its belt. These include the U3, a colourful range of stick-shaped audio players with up to 4GB of memory and the K5, an iPod-esque player with up to 2GB of memory and a slide-out speaker.

People.com reports Wallet has not received a salary for his services to Spears since taking over her estate issues with the pop star’s father Jamie in February. Meanwhile, the law firm which won Jamie Spears control of his daughter’s affairs will also be advanced $175,000, and a lawyer representing the singer’s brother Bryan Spears has been handed a $22,000 windfall. Finally, Spears’ new divorce lawyer, Stacy Phillips, has been awarded $75,000.
